Petkeljärvi Center has leased the service structures located in Petraniemi, Petkeljärvi National Park, from Metsähallitus. We provide accommodation, dining, and campsite services at the hiking center in the heart of Petkeljärvi National Park.

In cooperation with Metsähallitus, the hiking center also features a nature hut, where we offer hiking advice and a free exhibition detailing the history of Petkeljärvi National Park.

We do not accept invoices addressed to Petkeljärvi's visiting address by post.

All invoices should primarily be sent as e-invoices, secondarily by email, and as a last option by post.

Petkelpaatti is a secondary business name for Petkeljärvi Center tmi. When the hiking center is closed, we operate under the name Petkelpaatti for various commissioned works. With decades of experience in, for example, electrical and equipment installations for pleasure boats, carpentry, and many other tasks.

It floats after all

During the winter season of 2018-2019, we spent hundreds of hours repairing the bottom of an old church boat. In May 2019, there was an exciting moment when the boat was launched, and people from Ilomantsi Entrepreneurs Association came to test it.
