Petkeljärvi National Park's 70th anniversary celebrations will be held on the last weekend of August. When booking a tent or hammock spot for 28.-30.08.26, you only pay the per-person fees; in honor of the birthday weekend, we offer the site fees free of charge. Petkeljärvi Hiking Center's tent and hammock area is an area in an almost natural state, where tall pine trees and abundant wild blueberries grow. A few outdoor tables with benches have been placed here and there in the area to facilitate dining. The area is located east of the Parking area, and the distance from the car to move belongings is 50-150 meters, depending on the spot. Cars are not allowed in the area. The Price of a tent and hammock spot includes the use of the Camp kitchen (drinking water, dishwashing, and Cooking facilities), use of toilet and Shower facilities, and a public sauna session in the electric saunas of the main building in the Evenings during June-August at a pre-announced Date. Lakeside sauna rental is available at a reduced Price upon separate order.
