When the Café and Nature Hut and reception are closed, the area supervisor is on-site for maintenance work and can be reached by phone during the announced call times.
Please note that the mobile network coverage in the area is poor; if your call doesn't seem to go through, change your location and try again.
For example, if you are on the reception / café terrace, the phone network there is very poor, but for instance, less than 10 meters away next to the flagpole, it is good.
